Document Privacy & Encryption
All uploaded resumes, generated cover letters, and application sessions are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Your documents are private to your user account and are never shared publicly or sold to third parties.
AI model prompts only process document text you explicitly submit for analysis.
Public Portfolio Privacy Controls
Public Portfolios are the only feature that creates an external URL. Portfolios are set to Unlisted by default and can be updated or disabled at any time from Portfolio Settings.
Data Deletion & Account Erasure
Users retain full ownership of their data. You can delete individual application sessions or CV files from your dashboard, or submit a full account data erasure request from User Profile Settings.
