The CV Database is a shared pool of candidate resumes for your organization. Upload CVs once, then link the relevant ones to any open job posting.
There is no automated batch-scoring or ranked-list step here - the CV Database is a searchable pool you upload into and link from, and scoring happens per job posting via the Pipeline (see Posting & Managing Jobs).
Go to CV Database.
Select one or more PDF or Word resume files using the file picker (multi-select, no zip/folder upload).
Click "Upload to Pool" - ingesting a CV does not cost any credits.
Use the search box to find candidates by name or filename.
Open a candidate's CV to view it, or link it to a specific open job posting to bring it into that job's pipeline for match scoring.
