The Company dashboard is the hiring-side control center, organized into a few areas:
Pipeline — your open jobs and the candidates moving through each stage.
Analytics — hiring funnel metrics across your open roles.
Audit log — a record of hiring-team actions for compliance and accountability.
Members — manage who on your team has access and what they can do.
Getting a company account set up
Company accounts are created from company settings. Once created, you can invite teammates, post jobs, and start receiving/matching candidates.
