Operational manual for recruiters on creating job postings and managing the candidate pipeline table on the company dashboard.
Recruiters can create job listings and review candidates against them from a sortable, filterable pipeline table on the company dashboard.
Creating a job takes one form; managing its candidates happens on the main company dashboard, not a separate "manage jobs" page.
Go to Create Job.
Fill in Job Title, Department, Work Location (Remote, Hybrid, On-site), and Salary Range.
Paste the complete Job Description.
Click "Publish Job" to activate applicant scoring.
ATS scoring weights (how much Skills, Experience, Education, and Formatting count toward a candidate's match score) are a platform-wide setting, not something you configure per job. The default split is Skills 40%, Experience 35%, Education 15%, Formatting 10%; if you need it changed for your organization, contact support.
Go to Company Dashboard and open the Pipeline section for your job.
Filter the candidate table by stage: All, Screened, Reviewing, Shortlisted, Hired, or Rejected.
Click any candidate row to inspect their AI match breakdown and missing-skill analysis.
Update a candidate's stage directly from the table - there is no drag-and-drop board, it's a sortable table.
Add internal team comments to collaborate with hiring managers.
For managing the job listing itself (editing, pausing, or archiving a posting) rather than its candidates, use Manage Jobs.
